Roboraptor beats Robosapien 2-1 in Orly ROBOT WARS

Yesterday Dan had to take his birthday Robosapien back to the shop because the remote control didn't work. I went with him, and had to buy a Roboraptor so we could have ROBOT WARS at his birthday picnic in Orly Park.

Of course my Raptor won! 2-1 if you count one KO each when falling off the concrete path, or 1-0 if you count my beast knocking Dan's techno-bunny robot on its arse!

I want a rematch - cos it's lots of fun.... those guys did act like tired boxers most of the time.... we need a ref to get them out of clinches. I think Dan's robot is gay, and just likes hugging my dinosour...

All day brekkie @ Grinders on campus

I arrived at the new Grinders Cafe in the building accross the road from us at GP South, wondering what they'd have for lunch. I looked up at the breakfast menu, seeing that it ended at 10.30am... damn! But over to the left was a daily special "All Day Brekkie" - for $8. It was great: 2 eggs, toast & butter, excellent mushies, tomato, 2 little chipolata sausages, hash brown, garnished with sliced stawberry & mint. I repeat: For $8!
